      Cornelius Bassett

      Cornelius Bassett, one of the early settlers of Seely township, was found dead in his bed at his home in Bricelyn last Saturday morning. He was 73 years of age and had not been in good health for some time. The funeral was held Thursday under the auspices of the Bricelyn Masonic lodge, of which he was a member.
