  Notes	The Sydney Morning Herald, Saturday, 24 August 1901 The marriage of Mr. Walter Charles Harding, of Brisbane, solicitor, second son of the late Mr. Justice Harding, of the Supreme Court of Queensland, with Miss Bassett, eldest daughter of Dr. Bassett, of Bathurst, took place at St. John’s Church on Wednesday, August 7, the ceremony being performed by the Rev. Mr. Knox, in the absence of the Rev. Canon Pain, who was prevented from officiating, owing to a family bereavement. The wedding was very quiet, only a few relatives being present. The bride was given away b her father, and Mr. E. Prichard Bassett acted as best man. The wedding presents were very numerous and handsome.
