  Notes	Wilmington News-Journal, Ohio, Wednesday, 3 October 1962 Deaths and Funerals Booker T. Bass, Jr. Booker T. Bass Jr., 36, of 646 Linden, Greenfield, died at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at his residence. He had been ill two days. Born June 18, 1926 in Wilmington, he was the son of Booker T. and Lula Sims Bass. His parents survived along with a daughter, Charon, a son, Booker T. III, and sister, Mrs. Betty Washington, Cleveland. He was a World War II veteran, a member of Shiloh Baptist Church, Greenfield, and was employed at Wright-Patterson AFB. His wife, the former Evelyn Lynch, died Aug. 7, 1961. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Strueve funeral home, Greenfield, with the Rev. B. W. Phillips, Columbus, officiating. Burial will be in Greenfield cemetery.
