Shirley Ann Bass
BASS -- Shirley Ann Bass our loving mother and grandmother, was born August 27, 1946 in Clayton, NM. She passed away Saturday, January 13, 2007 at her home in Albuquerque. Shirley was a dedicated Denver Broncos fan and loved to listen to Neil Diamond music. She was also an accomplished seamstress and enjoyed arts, crafts and cross-stitching. Shirley was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Spriggs and she is survived by her father, Emery Spriggs of Albuquerque; two daughters, Tina Bush and husband Mark of Thoreau, NM, Robin Bass and husband John of Mesa, AZ; two brothers, Robert Emery Spriggs and wife Regina of Colorado Springs, CO, and Darrell Richard Spriggs of Albuquerque; two sisters, Sue Powell and husband Duke of Albuquerque, Evonne Roundy and husband Kelly of Boulder, UT; two grandchildren, Shirley and Zachariah Bush; other family members and friends who loved and will miss her. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of Direct Funeral Services on Thursday, January 18, 2007 at 11:00am. "The Reverend Sonnie E. Fish will offishiate for Shirley Ann Bass". Inurnment will take place at the Bass Ranch in Bluewater Lake, NM at a later date. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th ST. NW. ABQ, 505-343-8008.
