Albert J. Bessette
BESSETTE. Albert J. Bessette, 74, of 11 Downing Way, Suffield, husband of Gloria (Coursey) Bessette, died Sunday (Dec. 18, 1994) at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, Mass. Born in Springfield, Mass., he had lived in Agawam, Mass. for most of his life, moving to Suffield in 1986. He had been employed in the accounting office at Westover Air Force Base, Chicopee Falls, for 38 years before retiring. He had most recently been employed at Hampden Fence Co., Agawam, Mass. Mr. Bessette was an Army veteran of World War II, serving with the 8th Air Corps; a 4th Degree member of the Archbishop Williams Council K of C, Springfield, Mass.; a member of the American Legion Post in Feeding Hills, Mass.; a member of the National Association of Retired Fede ral Employees; and a communicant of Sacred Heart Church, Suffield. Besides his wife, he is survived by a brother-in-law, Albert J. Coursey of Manchester; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends may gather Tuesday, 9 a.m., at the Nicholson & Carmon Funeral Home, 443 East St., Route 195, Suffield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 10 a.m., at Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery, West Springfield. His family will receive friends today from 6-8 p.m. at the Nich olson & Carmon Funeral Home. Donations may be made to the Felician Adult Day Care, 1333 Enfield St., Enfield 06082, or to Sacred Heart Church, 446 Mountain Rd., Suffield 06078.

Albert Joseph Bessette, 74, of Suffield, CT died Sunday, December 18, 1994 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MA.
He was born May 22, 1920 in Springfield, Massachusetts. He attended Sacred Heart Church at Suffield, CT.
He was involved in 4th Degree Archbishop Williams Council K of C., American Legion Post, Fedding Hills, National Association Retired Federal Employees.
Visitation is scheduled for Monday, December 19, 1994, from 6:00 PM to M at Nicholson & Carmon Funeral Home.
Services will be held Tuesday, December 20, 1994, at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church. Rev. Theodore Raczynski will be officiating.
Burial will be at St. Thomas Cemetery on Tuesday, December 20, 1994.
