  Notes	Find-a-Grave Obituary Bass Monday evening, June 27, 1955, at the home of her sister, Mrs. Lura Washington, Whites Creek Pike, Mrs. Maud Bass. Survived by one son, Mr. Robert Lee Simmons of Nashville; two sisters, Mrs. Lura Washington of Nashville, Mrs. Annie Bell McClain of Hermitage, Tenn.; two brothers, Mr. Cecil Edwards, Detroit, Mich., Mr. James Edwards, of Hermitage, Tenn; brothers-in-law, Mr. Robert McClain, Mrs. Augusta Washington; sisters-in-law, Mrs. Dalice Edwards, Mrs. Ida Bell Edwards; seven nieces and nephews; tother relatives and friends. Her remains will be in state oat Holmes Funeral Home where the family will receive friends this (Thursday) evening from 7 to 10 o?clock. Funeral Friday, July 1, at 11 o?clock, from the Greater St. John Baptist church, conducted by the pastor, Rev. S.H. Simpson, and Rev. joe Turner. Interment at Greenwood cemetery, Lebanon, Tenn. Holmes Funeral Home in charge.
