He was born Nov. 12, 1959, in Albany, Ore., to Russ and Faye Bass. Kevin graduated from Lower Columbia College and was a surveyor in partnership with his father in the mid-1980's until 2000. He most recently worked in small engine repair. Kevin enjoyed racing motorcycles on dirt and flat tracks. He is survived by two children, Morgan in Portland and Jayden in Longview; and a brother, Randy in Phoenix, Ariz. Kevin was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Russ Bass Jr. A private family service will be held. Arrangements are by Dahl-McVicker Funeral Home.
