Highland Ave., Grants Pass, OR 97526. She was born Eveline Edith Miriam Bassett, July 22, 1916, in Folkston, England. In 1936, she married Charles S. Dodson, who died in 1937. She later married Claude Hyche, who died before her. In 1989, she moved to Grans Pass from Palo Alto, Calif. She enjoyed cooking. Survivors include two daughters, Joyce Higareda of Williams and Bonnie L. Britt of Kenneick, Wash., two brothers, Cy Bassett of Chester, Calif., and Robert Bassett of Prescott, Ariz.; four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
