LAKELAND – Mrs. Juanita G. Bassett died on January 19, 2008 at Vlaneica Hills Health & Rehab. Center of heart failure. She was 85. She was born November 15, 1922 in Ft. Meade, Florida. She was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Milton J. Bassett of Lakeland, daughter, Barbara J. Coughenour, Lakeland, 2 grandchildren, 3 sisters, Lurie G. Albritton, Lakeland, Eunice Theon, Puyallup, Washington, Nell Marlow, North Port, Florida and 1 brother, Edgar Geren, Hoodsoprt, Washington. Services will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at Heath Funeral Chapel with visitation one hour prior to the service.
