Clyde Curtis Holder
Mr. Clyde Curtis Holder, 81, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at High Point Regional Hospital. He was the loving husband of Dorothy "Dot" L. (Bass) Holder to whom he was married for 62 years.
Mr. Holder was born on September 25, 1932 in High Point to the late Curtis and Thelma (Hudson) Holder. He was a former inspector for Ven Ply Inc. until his retirement.
In his spare time, Mr. Holder enjoyed spending time with his family, and being a "jack of all trades".
In addition to his wife, Mr. Holder is survived by a son, Ronnie C. Holder and his wife, Debra C. of Archdale; a daughter, Wanda K. Dezern and her husband, Randy of Colfax; three grandchildren, Danica Fletcher, Calin Fletcher, and Caleb Holder; two brothers, Donald Holder and Jerry Holder and his wife, Peggy; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 21, 2014 at Guilford Memorial Park with the Rev. Alan Locklear and Pastor Howard Bass, Jr. officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Redeeming Love Worship Center, 100 Kenilworth Dr., High Point, NC 27260.
