This handsome little boy, William Rhodes Bassett, was born July 20, 1980 in The Tooele Valley Hospital. He weighed 7 pounda and one ounce and was 19 ½ inches long. Proud parents are Mr. and Mrs. Dave M. Bassett. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. E.A. Hansen and Mr. and Mrs. H.L. Bassett. Great grandparents are Lavern Bassett. Waiting to greet William was hid older sister Zelinda Bassett, 2 years old.

William Rhodes Bassett passed unexpectedly away January 5, 2021 after a series of health problems. William was born July 20, 1980 to Peggy Bassett and Dave Bassett, he was the second oldest of 4 children: Zelinda Bassett, Wade Bassett, and Brent Bassett.
William was a devoted father to Kylie Bassett, Hanna Bassett, and Taryn Cook. He loved and cared for so many that were not his and had such a huge impact on everyone of them. William became a loving and devoted grandfather (Papa) to Kavaya Lerwill and was wrapped around her little finger.
William was a great father, uncle, and friend to everyone around him, he will be truly missed.
