Mrs. Bessette came to Pittsfield last May from Burlington, Vt. She was a native of Montreal and had lived in Burlington for some time. Besides Mrs. Lavalley, she leaves four sons, including Theodore and Thomas Bessette of Pittsfield. The funeral will be held at Notre Dame church this morning at 8 o’clock. The body will be taken to Burlington for burial.
