Frank will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 60 years, Sandra (nee Albright); his children Robert (Candy) and Heather (Michael) Ross; his grandchildren Collin (Kelly) Ross, Maggie Ross, Reagan (lee) Billingsley, Cory Bassett, and Amber Bassett; his siblings William (Joanne) Bassett and Jeanette (Robert) Vaughn. A memorial service to celebrate Frank's life will be held at 2pm, Saturday March 10, at Lamb of God Lutheran Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lamb of God Lutheran Church, 1400 FM 1960 Bypass Rd E, Humble, TX 77338.
