Mae Helen Bass, 98 of Fulton, Missouri entered into paradise on January 1, 2021 at her home. She was born in Boone County the daughter of the late Arthur and Jennetta Anderson.
Her formal education took place at Englewood in a one room schoolhouse. After years of working for various families throughout Deer Park ? Englewood Area, she later joined her sister (Lelia Thomas) in Kansas City, Missouri. There she continued to work various jobs until she enrolled in Eileen?s Beauty Academy and obtained her license to be become a beautician.
She is survived by one son: John Bass Jr. of Kansas City, three grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Arthur and Jeanette Anderson: Husband John Bass Sr; five brothers: Will Anderson, Tom Anderson, Henry Anderson, Martin Anderson (Virginia) and Harold Anderson (Katie) and six sisters: Lelia Thomas (Charlie) Voncilie Logan (William C.) Francis Wayne (John), Stella Warren (James C.) Pat Buford Kelly (Lawrence Sr.) and Julia Hinson (John).
Friends will be received from 3:00 p.m. ? 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 10th at Parker-Millard Funeral Services and a private funeral services will be held for the family.
