Lionel E. Cadorette
Lionel E. Cadorette, 81, of 2 Main St. died Tuesday at home. He was the husband of Clarice L. (Bassette) Cadorette.
Born in Woonsocket, a son of the late Joseph and Annie (Roy) Cadorette, he lived in Tiverton for several years before moving to Somerset in 1948.
Mr. Cadorette worked for the Gulf Oil Corp. and rose from clerk to supervising plant manager at the terminal on Bay Street in Fall River. He was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church. He was a member of the Gulf-Chevron Retirees Association.
Besides his wife he leaves three sons, Russell R. Cadorette of Swansea, Richard L. Cadorette of Coventry, Conn., and Marshall J. Cadorette of Dunnellon, Fla.; a daughter, Frances S. Lee of Somerset, and a sister, Irene Dufresne of South Norwalk, Conn.
The funeral will be held tomorrow at 9 a.m. from the Hathaway Community Home for Funerals, 900 Buffinton St., with a funeral Mass at St. Patrick's Church, South Street, at 10. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
