Bessette Jr., 66, of Mendon Road, Cumberland, died June 9, at home, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Norwich, Conn., a son of the late Albert A. and Theresa (Lukasiewicz) Bessette, he had lived in Woonsocket and Norwich, Conn., before moving to Cumberland 13 years ago. Mr. Bessette worked as a printer at Paramount Printing in Lincoln before retiring. He enjoyed listening to music, but most importantly, he enjoyed spending time with his family. He is survived by one daughter, Robyn Lopez of Manville; one son, Craig Bessette of Baltic, Conn.; three sisters, Shirley MIllette of North Lauderdale, Fla., Sheila Daniels of Norwich, Conn.; and Cheryl Bessette of Wiwnter Haven, Fla.; one brother, Bill Bessette, of Guilford, Conn.; and five grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Alan Bessette. Visiting hours were held on June 13 at Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln. His burial was private.
