The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Roaches Cove Baptist Church, Reverend Dale Haynes officiating. Burial will be in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens. Mr. Bass was preceded in death by wife, Louise Blevins Bass. Survivors include a daughter, Gail Harding, Scottsboro, four sons, Dennis Bass of Madison, Tim Bass of Big Cove, Roger Lynn Bass and Adam Bass both of Stevenson; eight grandchildren, Nathan Bass and Travis Bass, Dallas, Texas, David Sanders, Scottsboro, Lisa Harding, Hollywood, Macara Bass, Garret Bass, both of Big Cove-Huntsville, Kristen Bass and Cam Ellis Bass, both of Stevenson. Several nieces and nephews.
