Mrs. Minnie Poole Died At Home In Henderson

Henderson Harbor, Nov. 25. ? Mrs. Minnie Poole died his morning at 6 at her residence in this village. The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 1:30 from her home, Rev. Gustave Ulrich, pastor of the First Universalist church, officiating. Interment will be made in Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. Poole was born on Aug. 5, 1862, in this village, the daughter of Augusta and Clarissa Dye Bassett, and has always lived here. She married Horace Carpenter about 1881, who died about two years later. About 35 years ago she married Charles Poole of Henderson, who died March 28, 1917. Since then she had been living with her brother, James Bassett of this village.
She is survived by one brother, James Bassett; two cousins, La Mort Bassett of Henderson Harbor, and Nona Bassett of Ypsilanti, Mich. Mrs. Poole was well known and highly respected in this village.

The community was saddened by the death of Mrs. Minnie Poole, widow of Charles Poole, who passed away Friday morning. Mrs. Poole had always lived in Henderson Harbor. One brother, James Bassett, and two cousins, LaMort Bassett of Henderson Harbor and Nona Bassett of Ypsilanti, Mich., survive.
