He is survived by his wife of thirty-five years, Carolyn Bass of Milan, Tennessee; two sons, Brian Bass and his wife Amy of Humboldt,Tennessee and Billy Wayne Frazier and his wife LeAnn of Bradford, Tennessee; daughter, Amanda Carter and her husband Jonathan of Milan, Tennessee; mother, Thelma Bass; sister, Regina Gregory and her husband Jackie of Yorkville, Tennessee; nine grandchildren, Josh, Hunter, Zachary, Kaylee, Logan, Eli, Aidan, Landon and Gracie Faye; and five great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 28, 2020 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home with Bro. Billy Criswell officiating. Burial will follow at Gibson County Memory Gardens.
