Barhamsville - Deaconess Carrie Lee Wallace, 91, entered into eternal life Friday, April 20, 2012. She was married to the late Trible Lee Jones Sr. Their union was blessed with ten children. Five children have preceded her in death, Trible Lee Jones Jr., Leroy Jones, Alvin T. Jones, Dorothy Virginia Jones Paige, and Louise Cheeseman. Later, she remarried David Wallace, whom also preceded her in death. Those she leaves to cherish her memory are three daughters, Elizabeth Randall, Katherine Lee and Edith May Randall; two sons, Clifford Lee Jones (Barbara) and Calvin E. Jones (special friend, Mary Smith); one sister, Frances Wake; two brothers, William Bassett and Enoch Bassett (Gertrude); six sisters-in-law; two daughters-in-law, Josephine and Jean Jones; four brothers-in-law; and 32 grandchildren. The funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday, April 27, 2012, at Mount Nebo Baptist Church, Barhamsville. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The viewing will be 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, at J.K.
