Her address and cause of death were not released. At the time of her death, she was a supervisor in the business office of St. Peter?s Hospital and was a member of Christ Church United Methodist in Troy. Born in Troy, she was a graduate of Troy schools and was an Albany resident for the past 23 years. Survivors include a son, David Matthew Bassett of Albany; her mother, Lillian Lack Bassett of Troy, two brothers, Harold W. Bassett III of Troy and Bruce R. Bassett of West Sand Lake; and a sister, Patricia Allen of Troy. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the Gardner-Earl Memorial Chapel in Oakwood Cemetery, Troy, with burial in Sand Lake Union Cemetery. Calling hours will be 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday in the Bryce Funeral Home, 276 Pawling Ave., Troy. Contributions may be made to the Christ Church United Methodist.
