Survivors, daughter, Mary Eslami (Reza), Midvale; son, Jonathan Bass (Cathy), West Jordan; grandsons Sam and Dylan Bass, West Jordan; granddaughters, Terri Sanchez (Mike), and Cindy Staker, both of Salem; great-grandson, Lennix Staker Sanchez. Funeral services Monday, October 27th, 2 p.m., Larkin Sunset Gardens Chapel, l0600 South 1700 East, Sandy, where friends and family may call one hour prior to the services. Interment Larkin Sunset Gardens.
