Christopher Ryan Bass
July 26, 1990 ? June 15, 2025
Chris entered his heavenly home on June 15th, 2025.
Chris was one of the brightest souls to have touched the lives of the people around him.
He faced many battles throughout his life, and whether it was despite of or in spite of, he always overcame. He was a persistent man who never gave up and never quit. He fought for the life he wanted to build, and no obstacle could stop him from achieving his goals.
He was a hardworking man who gave his all in the pursuit of a job well done. He loved his career as the Shop Manager at Bill Morgan Tire in Lexington. His commitment and admiration for his job and the people he worked with and loved, led him to receive many certifications in his field. He strove to learn as much as he could to continue to grow and build within the company and his career. His work family will miss him dearly.
He was an honest man. A humble man. He never judged or looked down on anyone he met. If he saw a person in need, he would help them without a second thought. He believed in doing right by others. His heart was pure and full of love.
Though this world wasn't always kind to him, it never dimmed the light that shown inside of Chris. He was committed to leaving this world just a little brighter than how he found it.
He was a charmer with a wicked smile and a mischievous gleam in his eye. His quick wit and humor could change even the darkest of moods. But when he needed to, Chris was a solid source of comfort and advice for those who knew and loved him.
He was always there with an open ear, an open mind, and an open heart.
Though his time on this Earth may be over, the legacy of love, kindness, and loyalty he leaves behind in the hearts of all who knew him will carry on. May we all strive to be just a fraction of the human he was.
Chris is proceeded in death by both of his parents and older brother, Jerry and Lisa Schliebener Bass and Justin Bass of Chipley, FL.
Chris leaves behind many friends and family both in Chipley, FL. and Lexiington, KY. His sisters and brother, nieces and nephews, soulmate, and children. He will well and truly be missed dearly by all who knew him.
Care Cremation and Funeral Service is honored to be entrusted with final care.
