  Notes	Times-Courier, Gilmer County, Thursday, 28 July 2005 Jefferson Manley Bassett Mr. Jefferson Manley Bassett, son of Bobbe and Alton Bassett, died July 21, 2005, at Portsbridge Hospice. He was a lifelong resident of Roswell, and was a graduate of the Howard School. He retired from KIA Motors of America. He is survived by his parents, Bobbe and Alton Bassett, of Ellijay and Roswell; brother, David H. Bassett, of Ellijay; aunt and uncle, Mary Ann and Jim Carmickle, of Red Bluff, Calif.; and great aunt, Mary Belle Roberts, of Montrose, Colo. Services were held Sunday, July 24, at 2 p.m., in the Northside Chapel and Funeral Home, of Roswell. Contributions in his memory can go th the Food Ministry, Emmanuel Worship Center, P.O.
