  Notes	Find-a-Grave Obituary Austin Bass, 74, Dies in Orange: Rites are Pending ORANGE, April 21 (Spl) ? Austin Bass, ?74, of 1403 Sholars, was discovered dead in this bed Sunday morning. The time of his death was not definetly set, but is believed to be around 9 p.m. Saturday. he died from natural causes. Mr. Bass had been a resident of Orange for 14 years. He was a retired machinist and had been employed at Consolidated Steel he was a member of the First Baptist Church of Orange. Funeral services which are still incomplete pending arrival of relatives will be held at the Claybar Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. Dooper Waters, pastor of the First Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Bridge City. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Willie Bass; five sons, A.B. of Orange, Milford of Tulsa, Okla., Molley of Lone Star, Texas., Jack of lake Charles, and Jasper of Wichita, Kansas; three daughters, Mrs. Barbara Copenhaner of Houston, Mrs. Lois Roscoe and Mrs. Bessie Bagwell, both of Orange; 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchildren.
