Jerry Donald Bass, 76, husband of Margaret (Lemay) Bass, of 29 Lockheed Blvd., died Friday, October 14, 2016, at his residence. He was born January 16, 1940 in Seattle, Washington, a son of the late Walter Donald and Virginia Edith (McBreen) Bass. Prior to retirement, Mr. Bass was employed by Otis Elevators. In addition to his wife, family members include a son and daughter-in-law, Brian Wesley and Natalie Bass of Morrisville, North Carolina; a daughter and son-in-law, Michele Marie and Wolter Geesink of Linden, California; a sister and brother-in-law, Joni and Peter Haughey of Denver, Colorado; and two grandchildren, Race Geesink and Ean Bass. He was preceded in death by a sister, Judy. A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at a later date. Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
