Philip Stephen Bass
BASS, PHILIP STEPHEN In Virginia Beach, Wednesday. PHILIP STEPHEN BASS, son of Milton A. and Mrs. Naomi Legum Bass and the late Mrs. Helen Feldman Bass, in the 23rd year of his age. He was the Manager of the Ranch House Restaurant, 9294 Warwick Blvd., Newport News, Va. He was a member of Temple Israel. Besides his parents he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Joanie Baydush, Miss Robin Feldman, both of Norfolk; two brothers, Howard Feldman and Brian Feldman, both of Norfolk; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Fannie Bass, of Miami, Florida; and maternal grandmother, Mrs. Lena Legum, of Norfolk. A funeral service will be held in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, Friday at 11 o'clock. Burial will be in B'Nal israel Cemetery.

NORFOLK-A funeral service for Philip Stephen Bass, 23, of 1704 Springmeadow Blvd., son of Milton A. and Mrs. Naomi Legum Bass, will be held today at 11 a m. In H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments by Rabbi Joseph Goldman, Cantor Charles Freedland, and Rabbi Israel Bornstein. Burial will be In B'Nai Israel Cemetery. Survivors also include two sisters, Mrs. Joanie Baydush and Miss Robin Feldman, and two brothers, Howard Feldman and Brian Feldman, all of Norfolk.
