JoAnne Bassett Williams
February 23, 1959 - August 23, 2002
Joanne, a caring mother, a cherished daughter, loving sister, and exceptional friend passed away Friday, August 23, 2002 surrounded by her loved ones. JoAnne was born February 23, 1959 in Bothell, Washington. JoAnne graduated from Bothell High School in 1977. She started working at Boeing at the age of 20 and has worked there ever since. JoAnne is survived by her two beautiful daughters Jamie Jo Williams and Carrie Michelle Williams of Brier, Washington, her loving partner, Duane Edward Fashempour of Brier, Washington, her parents Joe and Anne Bassett of Bothell, Washington, her brothers Jerry Bassett of Snohomish, Washington, Richard Bassetti of Woodinville, Washington, and her ex-husband Mike Williams of Brier, Washington. Her loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and many friends held a special place in JoAnne's heart as well. JoAnne devoted her life to her children. Both caring and loving was her involvement with her girls in activities such as 4-H, baseball and soccer. JoAnne holds a special place in our hearts. Her smile and warmth will remain with us always and we will never forget her. A Reception to Celebrate her Life will be held on Friday, August 30, 2002 in her home 23105 - 32nd Ave. W., Brier from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please send remembrances in JoAnne's name to: Snohomish County 4-H Leaders Council, 600 - 128th St. S.E., Everett, Washington 98208.
