  Notes	Find-a-Grave Obituary Robert R. Bass RAYMOND ? Robert ?Bob? R. Bass, 76, of Raymond, died Thursday, April 9, at Allen Memorial Hospital, of natural causes. He was born June 12, 1921, in Waterloo, son of Fay Cecil and Viviola Florence Tonne Bass. He married Dorothy B. Stanhope on April 12, 1947, in Galena, Ill. He served with the U.S. Marine in WWII and had been employed with Iowa Public Service for 22 years, retiring in 1982. Survived by: his wife; and a son Douglas of Raymond. Memorial Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Lutheran Church with burial in Garden of Memories, Waterloo. Military rights will be conducted by Becker-Chapman Post 138 American Legion and Waterloo Post 1621 Veterans of Foreign wars. There will be no visitation; the body was cremated. Friends may call at the church Tuesday for an hour before services. Parrott & Wood Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorials: may be directed to the family.
