Nancy Hurd Bassett
Nancy Hurd Bassett passed away peacefully on June 5. Nancy was born on September 8, 1954, and is the daughter of Alan and Jeanne Hurd of Clarendon Hills, Illinois. She graduated from Hinsdale Central High School in 1972 and attended Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri. She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Jeff, and her two sons, Ben and J.R. She is also survived by two sisters, Judy Hurd Penticoff (Steve) and Janet Hurd Kelsheimer (Jack) as well as two nieces and three nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 9, at 11:00 am at the Community Presbyterian Church, 39 N. Prospect Avenue, in Clarendon Hills.
