  Notes	The Charlotte Observer, North Carolina, Sunday, 9 May 1937 John Thomas Bass GOLDSBORO, May 8.-John Thomas Bass, 77, died at this home in Nahunta township at 5 o?clock Friday morning after an illness of two weeks. He is survived by his widow and four children, Joshua Bass and Mrs. Milton Davis of Fremont, Walter Bass of Stantonsburg, and J.T. Bass Jr., of the home.
