Patricia Howe Bassett
Patricia Jean Howe Bassett of Chatham, MA died on May 13, 2023, following a brief illness. She leaves her nephew Dayton (Scotty) Ross Jr. and his wife Alethea and their family in Camino, CA. Patricia is predeceased by her parents Arthur and Helen (Bolles) Howe of Wellesley, MA; sister Elizabeth and brother-in-law Dayton Ross of Cape Cod, MA; and loving aunt, Mildred Howe.
Patricia was born on May 27, 1937, and grew up in Wellesley, MA. She graduated from Lasell University in Newton, MA with an associate in science degree, and went on to a long and fulfilling career in the local banking industry.
Following her retirement, Patricia enjoyed spending time with friends and family on Cape Cod. She has lived in Chatham for the last fifteen years.
In accordance with Pat's wishes, the family requests donations in lieu of flowers be made to: Hospice & Palliative Care Federation of MA, 20 Commercial Drive, Suite One, Wrentham, MA 02093.
