A memorial service for Sandy Denise Bass will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 29, 2022, in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home in Marshall, Texas. A time for visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, March 28, 2022 at the funeral home.
Sandy was born on March 22, 1975, in Marshall, Texas to Richard Lloyd Wiltse and Geneva Charlene Drawdy Wiltse. She went to Heaven on March 20, 2022.
She was the best, loving mother, sister and meme. She loved her kids and grandkids more than anything. She loved spending time with them and going to Air U with her grandkids. She enjoyed going fishing, the outdoors and loved her coffee. She loved reading her daily scriptures while having her morning coffee and watching the red cardinals that came to her window almost every day. She would say it was her mom and her brother Tony. She loved to watch Dr. G Medical Examiner and Forensic Files. She also loved her cat, that she called Kitty Kat. She was so much fun to be around.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Richard Lloyd and Geneva Charlene Wiltse; brother, Tony; sister, Cheryl; aunt, Carolyn and nephew, Little Richard.
She is survived by her children, Britany Kizziar and husband, Terry, Brian Bass and Ashlee Wright and Harlie Hollis; grandchildren, Jaxten Taryn, Jace Kizziar, Hayden Hollis and Hadleigh Hollis; sisters, Crystal Wiltse, Amanda Kelly and Leah Willis; brother Kenneth Ard; nieces and nephews, Misty Nichols, Kenneth Ard, Jr., Sarah Martinez, Travis Atwood, Christopher Wiltse, Amy Kelley, Whitney Lewis and Deva Myers; former spouse, Barry Bass and special friend, Butch Reeves along with other family and friends.
She left a big hole in our hearts and life will never be the same. We know she?s rejoicing in Heaven with God and her Mama.
