Homegoing services were held Sat., Dec. 13 at New Saints Delight United Holy Church with Bishop Quincy Gardner officiating. Burial followed in Carver Cemetery. He is survived by his children, Steven Bass of Goldsboro, Marquita Bass of Greensboro and Gloria Bass Williams of Clayton; five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
