Geraldine C. Bass
Geraldine C. Bass, formerly of Rocky Mount, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, November 6, 2014.
She was born in Nash County to the late C. Bolton and Tellie Culpepper Coley June 9, 1928.
She was married to the late Alton Louis Bass.
She loved to sing and was in the choir at West Haven Presbyterian Church where she served as secretary for many years.
She is survived by brothers, John C. Coley (Myrtice) of Dunn, NC and C. Bruce Carter (Kim) of Forest City, NC.
Visitation will be West Haven Presbyterian Church November 10, 2014 from 10 to 11 o'clock, followed by a celebration of her life at 11 A.M. with Doctor Margaret Wilson- Stayton and Rev. Connie Button officiating. A private interment will follow at Pineview Cemetery at 1 P.M. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to West Haven Presbyterian Church or the charity of your choice.
Arrangements are entrusted to Johnson Funerals and Cremations, 661 English Road, Rocky Mount NC.
