  Notes	Find-a-Grave Obituary Calvin Bass, 6/11/2002 OBERLIN ? Calvin Bass, 79, died at 3 a.m. Monday, June 10, 2002, in a Mamou medical center. He was a resident of the Oberlin area. Survivors include his wife, Mary Ola Bass of Oberlin; two sons, Roland Bass and Roger Lee Bass, both of Oberlin; one daughter, Patricia Bass of Oberlin; two brothers, Irvin Bass and Witney "Blanc" Bass, both of Oberlin; two sisters, Lady Mae Duplichain of Soileau and Laura Foret of Eunice; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. His funeral will be at 2 p.m. today, June 11, from St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. The Rev. Jose Vattakunnel will officiate. Burial will be in Castor Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin's Funeral Home. Visitation is ongoing. A rosary was said Monday night.
