Mrs. Matilda E. Bassett Dead
Mrs. Matilda E. Bassett, aged 82, widow of John Bassett, who preceded her in death eighteen years ago, died at her home here in Milford township yesterday from the infirmities of old age. She had lived in this township all her life, and a wide circle of friends cherish many memories of her kindly life. She is survived by a half brother, Major R. Sears, of Kansas City, Mo., and a half-sister, Mrs. Calvin Cline, of Michigan. The funeral will be held at the residence Friday afternoon.
