He worked as a circulation manager for the Charlotte Observer and Civitas Media. Later years he worked as a distributor of snacks for Flowers Bakery. Robbie was preceded in death by his father, Woodrow Allen Bass. He is survived by his wife Cindy Floyd Bass of the home; two sons, Jeremy Bass of Hawaii and Philip Bass of Charlotte; his mother, Sara Bass of Fairmont; a brother, Timmy Bass (Carla) of Fairmont; a sister, Sherry Skipper of Fairmont; two grandchildren, Blake Bass and Payton Bass; a great-grandchild, Talon Bass; and a host of other relatives and friends. A time of visitation will be Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 10 am at Baltimore Baptist Church. A memorial service will follow the visitation at 11am at Baltimore Baptist Church.
