Member of Mineral Springs Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors: wife, Mrs. Elsie Bailey Bass; four sons, Rev. Hayes Bass, Rev. William (Bil) Bass, Warren Bass and Geroge Bass, all of Oliver Springs; sisters, Mrs. Belle Housley and Mrs. Irene Adkins, both of LaFollette; 22 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. Funeral 2 p.m. Tuesday, Mineral Springs Baptist Church. Rev. C.M. Harness and Rev. Clyde Tidwell officiating. Burial in church cemetery. The body will be returned to the home Monday afternoon. Martin?s, Clinton, in charge.
