Funeral services were held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the Cullendale First Baptist Church with the Rev. Jimmy Burks officiating. Burial followed in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Proctor?s Funeral Home. Mr. Bass was a member of the Cullendale First Baptist Church and a retired employee of International Paper Co. He had made his home in Camden since 1926. He is survived by his widow, Eather Martin Bass; three sons, Charles Bass of Vicksburg, Miss., Johnny Bass and Billy Bass both of Pine Bluff; one brother, Earl Bass of Camden; five sisters, Mrs. Alfred Hammond, Mrs. Smith Arnold, Mrs. Travis Williford, Mrs. W.A. Graham, and Mrs. Mack Knight, all of Camden; and 9 grandchildren.
