Cecil Southard Bass, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest W. Ross, and brother, Alvin William Bass Jr. She is survived by a sister in-law, Ada Ross Fisher of Queensbury, New York and numerous relatives and friends. A graveside service will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, November 3rd at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
