  Notes	The Tampa Tribune, Florida, May 4, 1992 Hormidas Bessette HORMIDAS BESSETTE, 99, of Tampa died Thursday at James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital. A native of Manchaug, Mass., he moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1979 from New Bedford, Mass. He was a textile weaver and an Army veteran of World War I. He was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Disabled American Veterans Chapter 25 of Tampa and the World War I Veterans Association. He is survived by his wife, Blanche O.; one son, Herve of Ocala; two daughters, Jeanne Fredette of Ocala and Eva Cardinal of Tampa; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. C.E.
