  Notes	Coshocton Tribune, January 2, 2013 Carol Jean Maple ZANESVILLE: Carol Jean Maple, 74, of Zanesville, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2012. Carol was born in Coshocton, Ohio on April 3, 1938, the daughter of the late Harry and Lucille (Bradford) Bassett. She was a member of West Lafayette Baptist Church. Carol is survived by husband Nathan E. Maple. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Carrie Fadley of Zanesville, Ohio, and Dianna L. Wascom of Sandy Hook, Mississippi; and two sisters, Patricia (Charles) Lanning and Betty Latham. Carol is preceded in death by one son, Nathan E. Maple II; one daughter, Connie Barrett; and one brother, Jack Bassett. A graveside service will be held Friday, January 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Fairfield Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society , Coshocton Cancer Resource Center, 543 Main St, Coshocton, Ohio 43812, or Friends of the Animal Shelter, PO Box 841, Coshocton, Ohio 43812.
