Barney Gene Bass
Mr. Barney Gene Bass, 80, of Daviston passed away peacefully at his residence on Monday, August 20, 2012. A memorial service for Mr. Bass will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at Fellowship Baptist Church with Brother Tim Bass officiating. Mr. Bass was born on May 28, 1932 in Elmore Co. to the late Curtis Bass and Cordilla Bass. Mr. Bass is survived by his wife: Margaret Bass, ten children: Steve (Karen) Bass, Linda (David) Cosby, Bonnie (Chad) Wilkinson, Bobbie Litsey, Peggy (Ray) Story, Barney Bass Jr., Curtis Bass, Joseph Bass Fetner, Maggie (Derek) Bice, Sarah (Joey) Clark. Four Brothers: Bennie (Ethal) Bass, Henderson (Alice) Bass, Sam (Verta) Bass, Jimmy (Betty) Bass; two sisters: Frances Baker and Nellie Ledbetter, 13 Grandchildren: Brian Cosby, Jessica Cosby, Greg Bass, Brad Bass, Harley Wilkinson, Augustus Wilkinson, Cain Pattillo, Margaret Pattillo, Lane Litsey, Thomas Fetner, Joseph Bass Fetner, Alana Story and Gracie Story; 6 great-grandchildren and a host of other family members.
