David lived in Florida all of his life and proudly served with Port Orange and New Smyrna Beach Police Dept. as well at the Florida Highway Patrol. After leaving Law Enforcement he went on to work for National Shirt Shops (9 years) (where he met Mike Cavello - the two of them formed a friendship that would last until David's passing), Volusia County Health Dept. (16 years), and finally the State of Florida before retiring. He then worked as a Courtesy driver for Nissan/Isuzu of Daytona Beach before his final employment as a Bank Courier for Reunion Bank of Florida. David is survived by Sister-Evangeline Sullivan; nephews - David Mills (Fran), Thomas Mills (Lina); great-nephew- Luke Mills; the Cavello Family; Lucie his beloved basset hound; and many loyal friends.
