Carnell Brannon Bass
Carnell Brannon Bass, 82, of Altoona, AL., passed away on June 19, 2021. Preceding her in death were her husband Vernie Bass; father Grady Lee Brannon; mother Louise Patterson Brannon; grandson Brandon Henry and brother Gurley Harper. She leaves behind her daughters Kathy Puckett (Roy) and Sandra Henry; four grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren with one on the way; sister Genell (Jerry) Dupree, aunt Imogene Harper; sister-in-law Robby Harper and many nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at Lemley Funeral Home from 11 AM until 12 Noon. Funeral service will follow in the Chapel of Lemley Funeral Home at 12 Noon with Earl Harper and Freddie Hamby presiding. Burial will be Friday, June 25, 2021 in the Evergreen Cemetery in Okeechobee, Florida. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her honor to The American Cancer Society or Encompass Health and Hospice. Lemley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
