BASSETT, Geoffrey Thomas (Geoff):
On May 7, 2018, peacefully at Cashmere View Hospital; aged 82 years. Dearly loved husband of Valarie, cherished father and father-in-law of Julie and Steve Atfield, Deborah and Jeffrey Pentecost, Christopher and Ina Bassett, much loved grandad of Michael and Emma, Alex, Dee and Taine and great-grandfather of Addison. In lieu of flowers a donation in his memory to Alzheimers Canterbury would be appreciated and may be made at the service, or PO Box 20567, Bishopdale, Christchurch 8543. Messages to Mrs V Bassett, c/- Cashmere View Retirement Village, Unit 413, 72 Rose Street, Cashmere, Christchurch. A Memorial Service will be held at the Coringa Country Golf Club, 680 McLeans Island Road, McLeans Island, on Friday, May 18, at 1.30pm.
