  Notes	Paducah Evening Sun, Kentucky, Saturday, November 15, 1924 Mrs. Bass, 82, Called By Death Well Known Woman Succumbs to Infirmities Mrs. Elizabeth Bass, 82 years old, died at 8:40 last night in the home of her daughter, Mrs. J.C. Boaz, 624 South Eleventh street. Death resulted from the infirmities of age. Mrs. Bass was born January 16, 1842. She was a member of the Union Primitive Baptist church at Marshall county. Surviving are her husband, A. W. Bass; and four children, Dr. W.J. Bass, C.C. Bass, Mrs. J.C. Boaz, and Mrs. R.B. Neance, all of Paducah; and by three sisters, Mrs. Mary Howell, Mrs. Elbina Harper, and Mrs. M. Williams, all of Paducah, and by one brother, John Houser, of Boyd, Texas. Twenty-six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren survive. Funeral services were held at 2 o?clock this afternoon from the Immanuel Baptist church with the Rev. Mr. Belhaven, officiating. Burial was in the House cemetery.
