Mary Erin O?Gorman Bass
FORT WORTH - Mary Erin O'Gorman Bass, 92, a retired secretary for the U.S. Public Health Service Hospital, died Tuesday, Nove. 28, 2000, in Fort Worth.
Mass of Christian Burial: 11 a.m. Friday at St. Andrew Catholic Church, the Rev. Clarence Amos celebrant. Burial: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Vigil: 7 p.m. Thursday at Thompson's Harveson & Cole Funeral Home.

Mary Erin O'Gorman Bass was born Jan. 29, 1908, in Fort Worth and was a lifelong resident. She was a 1926 graduate of Our Lady of Victory and a charter member of St. Andrew Catholic Church and N.A.R.F.E.
The widow of R.A. Bass after 39 years of marriage, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Teresa Whitfill and Billie Armstrong.
Survivors: Children, David A. Bass and his wife, Mary Alyce, of Fort Worth, James E. Bass and his wife, Marlene, of Fort Worth and Ethel Bradford and her husband, Jerry, of Conroe; 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; sister, Katherine Powell; and nieces and nephews.
