Henry David ?Bud? Bass, 70, of 573 Tyndall Town Road, passed away at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Monday, September 7, 2020.
A graveside service will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday, September 8th at the Tyndall-Spell Cemetery with Rev. Charles Ray Jernigan officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM ? 10:45 AM at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home on Tuesday just before the service and at other times at the home.
Bud, born in 1950 in Sampson County, was the son of the late Dock Bass and Maie Bell Bass. He retired from ESJ Construction and Glover Construction as a heavy equipment operator. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Jane Clark and sister, Mary Jane Millman.
Survivors include; children, Chris Bass, Vickie Bass, Eric Bryant (Casey) and David Clark (Angelina); sister, Sandra Knowles, Juanita Wowra and Diane Roberts (Royce); eleven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren
